Delivery & Dispatch

 

Our delivery times are currently running on average 1 to 2 working days for delivery in the ROI with An Post postal services and this can take longer when restrictions are put in place, orders may be delayed and delivery can take longer. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

We wish to thank you for your patience at this time should your delivery be delayed.

Please note:

We can’t accept responsibility for any delivery delays that are the result of:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Periods of large volume orders such as Sale time or Christmas.

For deliveries outside of Ireland and the EU trading area there could be additional Customs charges, Covid  restrictions and delays which is beyond our control during this global pandemic. We will notify you should our postal partners be unable to deliver to your country.

Delivery times can take longer but if you require your item in a hurry please let us know when placing your order and we can best advise you.

Delivery

We aim for next day delivery in the ROI for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. However, this can take up to 2 days and longer depending on our postal partners, peak delivery times such as November and December and weather conditions which are out of our control.

Anything ordered from Friday up to Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday/Wednesday for the Republic of Ireland.

Saturday and Sundays and bank holiday Mondays are not classed as working days by our courier service. As a result of this, all orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday

Our chosen postal partners are An Post.ie for all deliveries in Ireland.

The last day for deliveries before Christmas is the 21th of December for express post.

When we use An Post, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout

Delivery times on orders placed before 12:00pm will take on average:

Republic of Ireland: 1-2 working days.

UK: 2-3 working days.

USA + Canada: 5-12 working days.

Rest of the world: 7-12 working days.

Delivery can take up to 2/3 weeks during peak delivery times such as November/December and during extreme weather conditions which are out of our control.

In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you if it is possible to acquire your order from our suppliers and the expected delivery date.

If this is not possible and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase.

Incomplete/ Wrong Delivery

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is missing from your delivery or you received the wrong item, please accept our apologies and contact us using either of the methods above.

 

We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
